What is Shoe Size Protection?

Shoe Size Protection is designed to eliminate all the extra expenses that a customer has previously incurred in order to exchange a pair of shoes. The cost is only $10.00. This cost is not refundable.

What does Shoe Size Protection include?

If the shoe size you order does not fit properly, you may return them for a different size (one time only). We pay for the shipping (UPS Ground or USPS Parcel) back to us and pay for the new pair to be shipped (UPS Ground or USPS Parcel) to you. Shoe Size Protection is not available for international customers.

How do you return the shoe, if they don't fit?

The customer calls our toll free number at 1-866-717-7772 or emails at admin@BuddiesProShop.com and lets us know that they would like to exchange their shoes. We will mail you a return label in the mail to return the shoes to the proper location. Once shoes have been returned to Buddies Pro Shop we will then send the new pair of shoes to the customer.

Please note: Shoes must be returned in both the original shoe box, and an outter box to protect during shipping.

What does the Shoe Size Protection NOT COVER?

You may only exchange the shoes one time. You must have purchased the Shoe Size Protection at the time of purchase. If you order multiple pairs of shoes, you must have purchased the Shoe Size Protection on the shoes that you are returning.
