i was looking to replace my columbia rage which was my skid snap ball that had some miles on it. i decided on the freeze solid not only because it is a little cheaper but it also has a reliable core. i also chose the skid snap layout on this ball and it performs great on most medium conditions i have encountered. for the price its hard to beat -all columbia fans should have one of these!

This ball is also a great compliment from the Hybrid and Original Freeze. I drilled this ball Rico (1000 Abralon with Factory Finish Polish) and it gives me an earlier smoother roll than the other Freezes. Even though it covers about the same amount of boards as the Hybrid the earlier roll and smoother continuation is perfect when the Hybrid just doesn’t have quite enough friction with the lane. This ball is also perfect for anyone upgrading to their first Resin ball, Finger Tip fit, or upgrading from an older out dated bowling ball!
