Works great but in the paperwork it referenced a CD that I didn't get. How about sending it?

Excellent tool to have. I've gotten my money back in short time not having g to pay the pro shop for a simple job like surfacing a ball.

Great investment. Resurfaced 6 balls that were getting pretty beat up. Took some back to factory and changed the others. I was looking into buying a couple new balls. No need now. I highly recommend this product.

Makes resurfacing my equipment a breeze. Now I can do all this at home instead of paying a pro shop. Definitely worth the investment.

Bought this along with a set of abralon pads, a pad block and some compound and polish as a Christmas present to myself. My two boys have gotten really into high school bowling and tournaments. This thing is fantastic, I run it in a standard laundry sink to keep the mess down - it does fling a ring of powdered urethane slurry and/or compound - and it fits nicely in there. Both my boys love that we have this for touch ups and resurfacing of their equipment and their friends have started sending balls over to be resurfaced too. They've started experimenting with different finishes on their equipment as well, which adds a whole new level of fun to bowling. With about 12 balls between them plus my own equipment, this thing paid for itself in under a month versus taking everything to the local pro shop. Haven't used the 1/3 HP model but am glad I bought the 1/2 HP one. The first time we used it, I did a full resurface of 6 balls in a row, the motor got a little warm by the end but it never bogged down. Both boys have a much better understanding of surface after having this thing for a month, very fun to see their bowling knowledge kicked into a different gear.

Very happy with this item. Refinished 6 balls right after getting it and had no issues. It also fits nicely in a standard laundry sink which makes for less cleanup. Glad I got the 1/2 HP version, motor was warm after about an hour of straight use but it never bogged down while in use.
