    Oil Leather Replacement Sole

    I purchased this replacement sole because I wanted to use this rather than the cleats. I cut the material to size and attached it to my shoe. I tested the slide and it was like wearing a tennis shoe. There was no slide whatsoever. This is supposed to fall between Back Skin (6) and Deer Skin (4) in terms of slide. I've never had this issue with the oil leather cleats.

    Was looking for a sole in between #4 deerskin and #6 buckskin for synthetic approach. Put on #5 oil leather no slide at all. Will try again on wood approach, but looks like it should be classified a #8.
