Additional Product Information:
Hammer is proud to offer the broadest range of core and cover options in bowling. We are excited to enhance the product line by adding a “big” shiny symmetric ball, the Hazmat. The Hazmat is a lower RG and higher Differential core that will help the ball pick up in the mid-lane and have a strong and continuous down-lane motion. The base cover is the extremely popular and highest-performing HK22, and we’ve used the Symtex Hybrid additives. The core and cover combination of the Hazmat creates a big hooking and never-quitting ball motion that bowlers love to see.

Best Ball for League
The Hammer Hazmat is the perfect house shot killer! The ball gets through the Fronts clean and has a smooth predictable flip. It is the perfect ball for league!

Holy Angle!
Holy angle! With that HK22 this thing boomeranged for me off the spot. I could get 10-15 boards left of everyone else in league and wheel the lane without having to worry about carry or wrapping that 10 pin. Definitely a ball I pulled out of the bag when I needed to get around the lane and away from the cliff.

Hazmat
This ball is very good, very clean through the fronts and a wicked backend movement. i shot a 300 out of the box. great benchmark bowling ball and the first ball out the bag.

Hammer Hazmat
The Hazmat has good length and nice pop down lane. What I notice the most about it is the way it changes direction. The Hazmat is a little cleaner for me with a strong move to the pocket. The Hazmat allows me to get the look that I want to see, without compromising the pin carry. The angles that I can create with this ball ar. e almost as beautiful as the ball. A great piece for bowlers looking for a compliment to the Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid. I would recommend this ball for someone with medium revs and speed; however I could see a player with higher speed having this as a “pearl” option in the middle of their bag.

Hammer HazMat
This ball is smooth down the lanes with a nasty snap on the back end! First ball out of the bag, considering buying another one for later

Hammer Hazmat
Hazmat: This is being call the Baby Widow, and I can agree. The Hazmat is a little cleaner for me with a strong move to the pocket. I found the Widows to have a little too much midlane motion for me, making them never miss the pocket, but not letting me shape the ball to my liking. The Hazmat allows me to get the look that I want to see, without compromising the pin carry. The angles that I can create with this ball are almost as beautiful as the ball. A great piece for bowlers looking for a compliment to the Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid.

Hazmat Hybrid
The Hammer Hazmat Hybrid is a great league ball. I had to make a slight alter to the surface after drilling to 1000-grit with crown factory compound and found this ball to great on house/league conditions. I’ve been able to use this consistently on a 41 foot/23ml house shot and it does not disappoint.

Hazmat
I drilled my Hazmat with a 60x4x30 pin up layout. For me, this ball is a great second ball out of bag and great on medium to lighter house patterns. With the addition of HK22, it is responsive off the end of the pattern. I feel like this ball is a great compliment to the Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid and it reminds me of the Hammer Rebel.

Rolly and destructive
The Hazmat has my favorite type of weight block (light bulbish) combined with the numbers RG (2.479) DIFF (0.055) I drilled this pin down with 80x4 which puts the pin below my fingers. I wanted this so it could roll early and be controllable in the back. This is not ideal since this ball is skid flip but I find this being my good to when the lanes have over under.

New Hammer Hazmat with HK22
The new Hammer Hazmat reminds me a lot of the Hammer scorpion only a shiny version. Very controllable and predictable. Put your favorite layout in the Hazmat and it will become your benchmark ball. The Hazmat is great on a variety of lane patterns. It works very well on league conditions and rolls extremely well on sport conditions. The hazmat has very good Midlane with continuous back-end motion. With the addition of HK22, the Hazmat is more responsive down lane and does not quit. Another great symmetrical ball in the Hammer line up.
