Additional product information:

Introducing the ice-cold devastation of the new Subzero Forge. This latest beast in the Forge line is a force of nature, combining the proven power of the Detonator core with the traction of Leverage MXC Solid Reactive coverstock. The outcome is inevitable: pins left shattered and your competition frozen in fear. Embrace the cold and conquer the lanes with the Subzero Forge.

At the heart of the Subzero Forge is the Detonator core, a formidable combination of low RG and high differential. This dynamic duo offers unparalleled control and traction. The fast-spinning low RG provides unparalleled control, while the high differential delivers the raw strength needed to plow through the heaviest oil like a glacier carving its path. The Detonator is a proven winner, relentless on higher volumes of oil.

Paired with this powerful core is the Leverage MXC Solid coverstock, enhanced with the Duramax™ additive. This isn't just another coverstock; it's an incredibly strong surface that maintains its texture longer than any before. You'll feel the ice-cold precision of the Evoke, but with an updated ferocity that true MOTIV enthusiasts will recognize as the Forge Flare’s fierce evolution.

    Subzero Forge

Posted by Mark Wilson on Nov 21st 2024

Subzero Forge Ball Review The Subzero Forge is the newest ball added to the Forge line. It has the Leverage MXC Solid reactive cover that controls and gives a great amount of traction on medium/heavy oil patterns and has the detonator core. The Subzero Forge creates a very strong smooth motion and is great for controlling patterns especially when the pattern calls for a strong smooth piece. This ball should fit the spot of the strongest solid in most bags of most arsenals. Designed for medium/heavy oil conditions, the Subzero Forge is going to be a piece to add for anyone looking for something stronger than Venom pieces and less than the Jackals. This piece is going to be a great ball to use on the fresh oil patterns and doesn’t shy away from letting you open up the pattern. I see this being in a ton of players bags considering how usable this ball is!

    Another Great Forge

Posted by eric george on Oct 16th 2024

The Forge line has been my favorite ever since I found Motiv. I was skeptical on this one to be honest I didn’t enjoy the Forge Flare so another forge with a super early cover wasn’t on my bingo card. With an open mind I threw it and was blown away on how early it rolled but retained enough energy to go threw the pins properly. It’s the only ball this season I have been able to use all three games in league. Huge credit to Motiv’s R&D team the addition of the Duramax additive must be the secret ingredient to this super strong cover. Eric George Motiv Staff

    Subzero Forge

Posted by K. Matthew Byrd (Motiv Staffer) on Oct 10th 2024

Hand: Right-Handed Ball Weight: 15 lbs. Rev Rate: 500 RPM Ball Speed: 18 Mph Tilt: 10 Rotation: 45 PAP: 5.125” over and .125” up Layout: 55 x 5 ½ x 30 (Dual Angle) The newest in the Forge line, the Subzero Forge features the proven Detonator core with the Leverage MXC Solid coverstock. The Subzero Forge for me digs in the mid -lane without sacrificing continuation and hitting power. The Subzero Forge is a little slow around the corner but is very smooth and predictable but when she turns over, she leaves nothing standing. The icy colors on the Subzero Forge coverstock loves oiled lanes. I use my Subzero Forge on fresh lane conditions and longer heavier oil pattern. The Subzero Forge has a spot in my and any tournament bag. The new Subzero Forge is a head turner when it goes down the lane.

    Coldest Forge in the game!

Posted by Daniel Rose on Oct 10th 2024

The brand new Subzero Forge is exactly what Motiv has been looking for in a big, slower ball that helps control the lane. The Subzero Forge with the Leverage MXC Solid cover stock has allowed me to see A LOT of hook on fresh and longer patterns that I don't typically see. As I have been throwing this ball, it has helped me a bunch of being able to generate hook on heavier patterns without sacrificing the way the ball goes through the pins. If you are looking for something with a lot of hook potentially but still able to be controlled at the end of the pattern, pick up a Subzero Forge today! Motiv Staff member: D.j. Rose

    MOTIV FORGE SUBZERO

Posted by Richard Verry on Sep 6th 2024

The Motiv Forge Sub Zero the Detonator core, symmetrical wrapped in the Leverage MXC Solid cover. This ball resembles the Forge Flare. Big ball. The subzero can handle the best of oil conditions. The subzero reads the mids with good continuation downlane. AT the right surface for your lane condition, this ball will be a perfect benchmark for most on fresh consitions. If you are balanced or speed dominant you will love this ball. The colors are amazing. Do not pass on this ball. IMO this ball is a FLAWLESS VICTORY for Motiv enthusiasts.
